Concession Machine Rental FAQ
Every machine comes with the supplies needed to serve your guests. Popcorn includes all-in-one packets and bags. Cotton candy includes floss sugar and cones. Snow cones include syrup and cups — just bring your own ice. Hot dog roller includes disposable trays — you provide the hot dogs and buns. No last-minute store runs for supplies.
A standard 20 lb bag of ice covers roughly 25 servings. For 50 servings plan on two bags, and for 100 servings grab four to five bags depending on how generous your pours are. Bagged ice from any grocery or convenience store works fine.
Yes. Renting two or more machines saves you $5 on each additional. A snow cone machine and cotton candy machine together is one of the most popular combinations for birthday parties. Just make sure you have two available outlets.
Yes, all four work indoors or outdoors. For outdoor use you will need a standard outdoor extension cord to reach an outlet. Cotton candy machines work best on calm days — wind can make the spun sugar messy and harder to serve.
Drop-Off & Setup service is available when booking concession machines with Party Packs.
