BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Yes. First-time customers get one qualifying yard game completely free for the weekend when booked with at least one additional rental of equal or greater value. The free game is always the lower-priced item in your order. A refundable security deposit is required and returned when equipment comes back clean and on time. The free yard game offer and bundle discounts cannot be combined — we automatically apply whichever saves you more.
Call or text 870-888-0775 or fill out the Request a Rental form on our website. Let us know your event date and what you want to rent. We respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and send a booking summary. A 50% deposit locks in your date and items.
All major credit and debit cards through Square. Full payment is required before pickup.
Cancel 14 or more days before your pickup date — full deposit refunded.
Cancel 7 to 13 days before — 50% of deposit refunded.
Cancel less than 7 days before — deposit is forfeited but a one-time rescheduling credit equal to your deposit is issued, valid for 6 months.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via text or email.
Yes. When you rent multiple items from Party Experiences, Yard Games, or Concession Machines you save $5 on each additional item. No codes needed. Or choose a Party Pack — Starter, Classic, or Max — for the best bundle value. Tables & Chairs and Weekend Extras are not included in bundle pricing.
Yes, based on availability. Pickup and return scheduling is coordinated directly with you. Call or text 870-888-0775 to check availability.
RENTAL PERIOD AND PICKUP
All DIY rentals are full weekend rentals. Pickup Friday, return by Monday 8PM. You get the whole weekend to enjoy your event, clean up, and return at your own pace.
Saturday pickup is available if needed. Just let us know your preferred pickup day when you submit your request. Regardless of pickup day, all rentals must be returned by Monday 8PM.
Late returns are charged $25 per 24 hours past the return deadline. If the late fee exceeds your security deposit you are responsible for the remaining balance. If you need to make special arrangements contact us before your return deadline.
FULL-SERVICE SETUP
Full-Service Setup is our premium service available for any rental. We deliver your equipment to your location, set everything up before your event starts, and come back the same day when the party ends to break it all down and collect. One flat $75 fee per order within Harrison city limits. For locations beyond city limits call or text 870-888-0775 for delivery pricing and availability.
After booking we schedule a setup time for the day of your event. We arrive before your guests, get everything ready, and leave. You enjoy your party. When the party ends we come back, break everything down, pack it up, and load it out. Same day, start to finish.
We offer Full-Service Setup in Harrison and surrounding areas. Delivery is included within Harrison city limits. Beyond that we charge $2 per loaded mile — that’s one way, on a loaded truck only. Call or text us to confirm we reach your location before booking.
DURING YOUR RENTAL
If something is damaged beyond normal wear and tear or has missing pieces the cost of repair or replacement is deducted from your security deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit you are responsible for the remaining balance. If something breaks during your rental let us know as soon as possible — honest communication almost always helps.
Yes. Return items in the same condition you received them — food debris removed, spills wiped up, and everything packaged as it came. If items require cleaning a fee is deducted from your security deposit. We sanitize and inspect every item between rentals so you always receive clean equipment.
The renter is responsible for all rental items throughout the event. Children must be supervised at all times while using rental equipment. All Weekend Party Rentals is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.
Yes. Every DIY rental includes printed setup instructions and everything you need is packed and ready. Most setups take 15-30 minutes. If you get stuck call or text us at 870-888-0775 and we will walk you through it. If you would rather not deal with setup at all, book the Drop-Off & Setup service and we handle it for you.
GENERAL
Rentals are non-refundable due to weather as we have held your items and turned away other bookings for your date. However if weather significantly impacts your event we will work with you to reschedule within 12 months at no charge. Most of our rentals work great indoors too — we recommend always having a backup plan.
You must be 18 or older to rent. The person signing the rental agreement must be present at pickup.
Birthday parties, school field days, church events, community events, corporate events, graduation parties, backyard cookouts, family reunions, team celebrations, and more. If people are getting together and having fun, we probably have something for it.
We’re Eddie and Beth, the family behind All Weekend Party Rentals. We live here, our kids go to school here, and we started this business because Harrison families deserved a better option. Every piece of equipment in our inventory has been tested in our own backyard first. We’re not a franchise. We’re your neighbors.

We went to a birthday party last weekend that the All Weekend Party Rentals had set up games such as Nerf wars, laser tag, and my favorite the portable tetris! They even had the cotton candy machine and popcorn running! 10/10 for parties!! I highly recommend!🎉🎉🎉🎉
