Request a Rental

All rentals are full weekend rentals. Pick up Friday or Saturday and return by Monday at 8PM. No rushing, no Sunday scramble. You get the whole weekend to set up, enjoy your event, clean up, and return at your own pace.

We prefer Friday pickups as it helps us coordinate all rentals and ensure everything is ready for your weekend. However we understand that is not always possible and Saturday pickup is available if needed. Just let us know your preferred pickup day when submitting your rental request and we will do our best to accommodate you. Regardless of your pickup day all rentals must be returned by Monday at 8PM.

To keep our prices affordable and pass the savings on to you. By offering convenient customer pickup and return we are able to keep our overhead low so you get more fun for less money. Pickup and return is located in Harrison, AR. The exact address is provided after full payment is received.

All items must be returned by Monday at 8PM. Late returns will be charged $25 per 24 hours past the return deadline deducted from your security deposit. If you need to make special arrangements please contact us before your return deadline.

We understand accidents happen. If something is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, has missing pieces, or is not returned the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your security deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit amount you will be responsible for the remaining balance.

If something breaks or goes missing during your rental please let us know as soon as possible. Honest and prompt communication almost always helps avoid additional charges.

Yes. One of the reasons we are able to keep our rentals affordable is because we expect all items to be returned in the same condition they were rented. This means food debris removed, spills wiped up, and all items packaged as received. If items require cleaning a cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit. All Weekend Party Rentals sanitizes and inspects every item between each rental so you always receive clean and ready to use equipment.

The renter is responsible for supervising all rental items throughout the event. Items should not be left unattended and children must be supervised at all times while using rental equipment. All Weekend Party Rentals is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.

Yes. Every rental includes a printed instruction sheet covering how to set up, how to use, how to clean, and any important safety information or disclaimers. All rentals are DIY. You handle setup, use, and supervision. The renter is responsible for proper setup, safe use, and following all care instructions provided.

We understand Arkansas weather can be unpredictable. As with industry standard our rentals are non-refundable due to weather conditions as we have held your items for your weekend and turned away other bookings. However if a severe weather warning is issued for your area we will work with you to reschedule your rental one time at no charge subject to availability.

We recommend always having a backup indoor plan for outdoor events just in case.

You must be 18 years of age or older to rent. The person signing the rental agreement must be the renter and present at pickup.
